Missing Peak Hiker

At 6:50pm we got word of a missing hiker who had left Humber Park to hike to San Jacinto Peak the day before and had not returned home yet. So, he had been out overnight. He was an experienced hiker with food, water, and cold weather gear. His car was still at the trailhead at Humber Park.
A cell ping was done, and we were able to get a location near Willow Creek Crossing. Rescue-9 was searching and spotted the hiker and was able to hoist the subject out about 7:10pm. Team members had started driving to Humber Park and all returned home.
