RMRU was called out at 2pm for a Day Walker who left the RV Park and did not return. Star-9 was out flying around looking for him when we got called. They spotted him over near Marion Mt. Campground. He was stuck on a hillside and could not go up or down.

They had two TFO (Technical Flight Officers) on the helicopter, so they lower one down to the subject. He put the subject into the hoisting harness and the subject was raised up. Then they hoisted the TFO back up and few everyone to Keenwild Helipad. RMRU members were turned around at 2:20pm and went home. A big thanks to RSO Aviation for a great job and saving us a lot of time and effort.
