I had just started driving to work when the call came out for a hiker lost near Suicide Rock with an injured ankle. I adjusted my course towards Hemet to pick up the truck. As I was driving, I heard that Rescue 9 had been able to get through the fog and was beginning to search for the hiker. They soon found and hoisted the hiker.
