Marines with Heat Problems on Skyline Trail

We received a call at 4 p.m. that two Marines were calling for help on the upper section of the Skyline Trail. The Marines had become separated from a larger group and had run out of water. While RMRU members were en route to the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, State Park Rangers reached the subjects, gave them water, and helped them up the final 1,000 feet to the Upper Tramway. RMRU was called off at 5 p.m.
