Collapsed Hiker near Round Valley

The team received a callout for a collapsed hiker near Round Valley in San Jacinto State Park. Bystanders had reported that he didn’t have a pulse, wasn’t breathing, and a boy scout troop had started CPR. As we were enroute to the tram CalFire was able to lower in a paramedic and hoist the subject out.
